Please read this carefully. By posting, browsing, buying, selling, or contacting anyone through Planet 3 Cushion, you agree to this policy.
In this policy, “Planet 3 Cushion” means Planet 3 Cushion, its operator EMA Media Group LLC, and their owners, managers, partners, administrators, moderators, employees, and agents.
1. We are a listing board only
The Planet 3 Cushion marketplace is a place where independent vendors and pro shops post items and where buyers find them. Planet 3 Cushion does not own, inspect, store, ship, sell, or buy any item, and is never a party to any sale. Every transaction is solely between the buyer and the seller.
2. Three-cushion (carom) items only
Planet 3 Cushion is built 100% for the world of three-cushion and carom billiards. Every listing must be made for carom billiards. Pool and snooker are different games with different equipment: a pool cue, pool table or pool ball is not a three-cushion item and may not be listed.
Allowed (carom/three-cushion only):
- Carom cues, shafts, butts, tips, ferrules, joints and extensions
- Cue cases, cue racks and cue maintenance supplies
- Carom tables (heated, no pockets), table parts, rails, cushions, heaters and lighting
- Carom balls (61.5 mm sets and training balls), carom cloth, chalk, gloves and bridges
- Training aids, books, videos and courses about three-cushion or carom
- Coaching and lessons by carom players and instructors
- Carom tournaments, events, tickets and club or room memberships
- Three-cushion and carom themed apparel, art and collectibles
Not allowed:
- Pool and snooker cues, tables, balls and accessories
- Anything not related to carom billiards, for example vehicles, animals, real estate, electronics, furniture or general household items
- Counterfeit or copied branded items, or items that use a maker’s name without permission
- Stolen goods, weapons, alcohol, tobacco, vape or drug products, adult content, or anything illegal where the buyer or seller lives
- Gambling, betting or wagering on matches
- Money-making offers, loans, investments, crypto, or “get rich” schemes
- Listings with false descriptions, stock photos for used items, or misleading prices
If you are not sure an item qualifies, ask us first at info@planet3cushion.com. We decide what counts as a carom item. Listings that break these rules are removed without notice and without refund of subscription fees, and repeat or serious violations will get the account closed.
3. No responsibility for any sale or contact
Planet 3 Cushion is not responsible for any sale, purchase, trade, payment, shipment, or dispute, whether it takes place in the marketplace or outside of it, including any contact between buyers and sellers that started on planet3cushion.com, our Facebook groups or Page, Instagram, YouTube, email, text, chat, or any other Planet 3 Cushion channel.
4. No guarantees of any kind
Planet 3 Cushion makes no guarantees or warranties of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation: the quality, safety, condition, authenticity, legality, or description of any item; the identity, honesty, or ability of any buyer or seller; that payment will be made or received; that any item will be delivered, or delivered on time; or that any listing is accurate or complete. We do not verify users, items, or listings.
5. Buyers
- You buy entirely at your own risk.
- Do your own checks: ask for photos and details, verify the seller, and inspect items before paying where possible.
- Use payment methods that offer buyer protection. Never send money by wire, gift card, or cryptocurrency to someone you do not know.
- Resolve any problem directly with the seller or through your payment provider. Planet 3 Cushion will not mediate, refund, or compensate.
6. Sellers (Vendors and Pro Shops)
- You are solely responsible for your listings, items, prices, descriptions, payments, shipping, taxes, returns, warranties, and customer service.
- You confirm that you own or may sell every item you list, that it is legal to sell, and that your listing is accurate.
- Your Vendor or Pro Shop subscription pays for listing space and visibility only. It is not a guarantee of sales, buyers, traffic, or results.
- You will indemnify and hold harmless Planet 3 Cushion from any claim, loss, or cost arising from your listings, sales, or dealings with buyers.
7. Release
If you have a dispute with a buyer or seller, you release Planet 3 Cushion from all claims, demands, and damages of every kind, known and unknown, arising out of or connected with that dispute.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Planet 3 Cushion will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from the marketplace or from any dealing between users, and in any case our total liability will not exceed the subscription fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Our rights
We may edit, refuse, or remove any listing and suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without notice. Report suspicious listings or users to info@planet3cushion.com.
10. Other terms
This policy is part of our Terms of Use, which also apply. It is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
